Unlimited creator lookups across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. The exact price is shown before you pay at checkout. Cancel anytime from your Creem receipt email. Billing and payment processing is handled by Creem, our merchant of record.

Terms of Service

By subscribing to KOL Insight, you agree to be billed the price shown at checkout (currently $2.99–$4.99/month) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per Creem's standard refund policy. Data shown in the extension is sourced from third-party public creator statistics and provided "as is" — we do not guarantee its accuracy for any particular decision.

Privacy Policy

What we collect:

• A randomly generated device identifier, stored locally in your browser, used to enforce the free tier's 3-lookups-per-day limit. It is not tied to your name, email, or any account unless you sign in.
• If you sign in for a subscription: your email address and a session token, used to check your subscription status and unlock unlimited lookups.
• The creator handle/username of the TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube profile page you're currently viewing, sent to our backend each time the extension looks up data for that page. We do not read or collect anything else from the pages you visit.

Third parties we share data with (only what's needed to provide the service, never sold):

• Firebox (openapi.scdata.cc) — the creator-analytics data source. Receives the creator handle you're looking up.
• Resend — sends the 6-digit email verification code when you sign in. Receives your email address.
• Creem — processes subscription payments as our merchant of record. Receives your email address for billing.

What we don't do: we don't sell your data, we don't track your general browsing history, and the extension only activates on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator profile pages — it does nothing on any other site. Creator lookups aren't logged against your personal identity beyond the daily usage counts needed for rate limiting; we do keep an internal, non-personal log of which creator profiles our data source couldn't find data for, to track coverage gaps — this is keyed by the creator's public profile URL, not by anything about you.

Data retention: your device identifier and (if signed in) session/subscription status are stored until you uninstall the extension or sign out. You can clear all locally stored data at any time via chrome://extensions → KOL Insight → remove, or by clearing the extension's storage in Chrome's settings.
